Beauty is the God's creation which cannot be made better but brain can be developed through human efforts and gaining worldwide knowledge.True effort definitely succeed and rule the world but beauty might not be present with that brainy.
The combination of both brain and beauty are not very common these days .But the one who got both brain and beauty as far luckiest person on the earth.Every person have their own strength and weakness.
Let's take it with example a beautiful person with wrong deeds cannot excel means with wrong desire he cannot move up in life.whereas a ugly person with beautiful soul struggle through out his life to prove himself. lets come back to our discussion who can rule the world brain or beauty?
